WHEREAS –

(a) Claimant filed Claim Form P7 in these proceedings on 1 August 2011;

(b) The Registry has received no further communication relating thereto from either party to the proceedings;

(c) RDWT 4.12 provides:

“The Tribunal may make an order of its own initiative, without hearing the parties or giving them an opportunity to make representations”.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED PURSUANT TO RDWT 4.12:

(1) These proceedings are stayed indefinitely subject to any further order made under paragraph 2 (below); and

(2) Any party may apply pursuant to RDWT 4.13 (1) to set aside, vary or stay paragraph 1 of this Order, provided that any such application must be made within 28 days from the date hereof or such further period as the Tribunal hereafter may specify.
